1. In the event of mechanical breakdown or other
cause, the Instructor reserves the right to rearrange the
lessons to a time convenient to both parties.
2. The Instructor will carry comprehensive motor
insurance covering the Pupil whilst driving the tuition vehicle
when accompanied by an Approved Driving Instructor or a Department
of Transport Examiner.
3. The lesson fee shall be paid in advance of
each lesson.
4. Advanced block booking payments are non refundable
and only valid for 6 months.
5. If the Pupil fails to give the instructor
a minimum of 24 hours notice cancelling any lesson, the Pupil
shall be liable for the lesson fee in respect of such a situation.
6. The Pupil agrees that he/she is duly licensed
& legally fit to drive the tuition vehicle.
8. The Instructor will abide by Code of Conduct.
9. Special offers:
* Only available to provisional licence holders
not full licence holders.
* All subject to availability.
* Available only to students of So Drive - School
of Motoring.
* Block booking lessons to be paid in advance.
* Students are required to supply proof of status
at the start of their first lesson.
* First hour free not available to students
with arrange test.
* Pass plus offer is a minimum of 6 hours, any
additional hours to be paid at full lesson price.
* Free hour lesson only available after recommended
friend has completed a paid lesson.
* 10 hours £150 only available to new
students, must be arranged as part of first paid lesson. Subsequent
block bookings will be charged at £210.
